We are looking for a experienced, motivated and hardworking individual to join our Company’s Safety and Compliance Sector to promote high standards in Safety and Compliance.

DUTIES:

- Compliance Monitoring

- ELD and Log Books Audit

- Driver Qualification Files

- Equipment files

- Date entry for Fleet maintenance records

- Driver Orientation

- Report and schedule follow-up with drivers on any violations, tickets, accidents, injuries, claims and other incidents as they occur

- Work with other departments to improve driver retention and handle driver complaints

- Perform other administrative and general tasks as they arise

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- English





- Second Languages Always an Asset

- Keen attention to detail, positive time management and organizational skills

- Computer proficiency – Excellent computer knowledge – Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF, Email

- Trucking Software knowledge is a plus

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to organize work to meet deadlines

- Data base management skills a must

- Available to work on some weekends if required

- Experience with other trucking companies is a plus

- General understanding of North American regions
