Key Responsibilities

â¢Setup and ongoing monitoring of Private Markets portfolios.

â¢Track and update client portfolio activity for fees and expenses.

â¢Capture and process cash flow activity including NAVs, cash flows, fees, and expenses.

â¢Update various data fields relating to private markets funds in proprietary systems.

â¢Extract and translate data from PDF documents to Excel; process large datasets and upload to systems.

â¢File fund-related documents and ensure accurate reflection in databases.

â¢Liaise with Fund Managers, Custodians, Administrators, and internal teams globally for data collection and clean-up.

â¢Regular calls and correspondence with global team members (e.g., Cyprus).

â¢Produce ad hoc reporting and analysis upon request.





â¢Participate in special projects as assigned.

Requirements
Requirements

â¢University degree with a numerical focus (Accounting, Business, Economics, or equivalent).

â¢Solid numerical and data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

â¢Excellent command of English and strong communication skills (oral and written).

â¢Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel; ability to process large datasets.

â¢Self-starter with strong aptitude for learning and problem-solving.

â¢Ability to comply with internal compliance manuals and regulatory requirements.
