YOUR TASKS

Key Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, 5Why, and VDA 6.3. Knowledge of Quality Systems, IATF 16949:2015 , GD&T.;
- Manufacturing process Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Injection molding process & Tooling’s [DFM, Mold flow ,Tool design know-how], High-pressure Die-casting, Stamping, Wiring-harnesses, Basic knowledge of other manufacturing processes.
- Industry Experience:



Preferred background in automotive, or high-precision manufacturing industries.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Hands-on experience in root cause analysis, defect prevention, and supplier process audits.
- Good Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, to drive quality improvements.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to supplier locations for audits, quality reviews, and corrective action implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for developing new Product as per specific requirement through APQP process
with suppliers.
- Participate in APQP process for new
product development and acted as supplier quality representative, initial
design review, supplier process validation and final PPAP approval
