Requirements

Details of the Role:

1. Work in Retail Store and provide assistance to customers by understanding their needs, answering questions, and helping them choose products.

2. Ensuring maximum conversion of walk-ins by attending to each and every customer.

3. Stay informed about the features and advantages of the products sold in the store to communicate customers on the new promotions effectively and offers information.

4. Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned section. Products should be neatly displayed, shelves are stocked, and the overall presentation of the store is appealing to customers.

5. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Salary/Stipend: 11k to 15k take home per month (Depending on store location)
