- Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify potential fire and safety hazards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain fire safety policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Coordinate fire drills and safety training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and industry -specific fire safety regulations and standards.
- Investigate incidents and near -misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure readiness for emergencies.
Requirements
Diploma in Fire & Safety (3–5 years)
- Diploma in Fire & Safety with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in developing and enforcing fire safety protocols.
- Robust knowledge of fire prevention, emergency response, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
- Ability to analyze risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Proficient in documentation and record -keeping systems
