Roles and Responsibilities
- Communicating with vendors on all supplies and order delivery.
Maintaining and repairing buildings and equipment
- Overseeing custodial and security staff
- Ensuring that the lighting, heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems are operating
- Supervising the design and upkeep of the facilitiesâ grounds and landscaping Monitoring space allocations and providing efficient space use.
- Adhering to and improving health and safety standards, and providing a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work.
- Planning for and overseeing major renovations and new construction. Monitoring construction and renovation projects.
- Ensure office supplier and vendor co-ordination.
- Support on asset management and new employee joiner formalities.
- Transportation Management.
- Monitoring CCTV
