Verification & Validation (V&V;) Skills:
· Knowledge or experience on verification & validation (V&V;) of Safety critical embedded
systems
· Scripting knowledge : C, C#, VB, Linux shell scripting (ANY ONE SCRIPTING)
· Communication protocols : Ethernet, CAN, I2C
· Test documentation : requirement review, Test Specifications and test reports generation
· Blackbox testing experience
· Software Overall testing experience




· Software-in-the-loop (SiL) testing experience
· Hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) testing experience
· Automation testing experience
· Regressing testing using Jenkins

o ISTQB Foundation Level certification. (THIS CERTIFICATION IS MANDATED)

General Skills:
· Requirement management Tools : PTC integrity, DOORS etc.
· Bug management Tools : JIRA, IBM Rational ClearQuest etc.
· Configuration management tools : Sharepoint, SVN and Clear case etc.
· Valuable understanding of Software development life cycle (V model)
· Good to have :
o understanding of safety standards e.g. EN50128, EN50657, ISO 26262 etc
o Labview, NI teststand Knowledge or experience
