About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy / Process Engineering from recognized University / Institution.
- More than 15 years of rich experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Mineral Processing in depth Knowledge.
- Concept to Detail Design phase in Alumina space.
- Alumina Refinery Design for all Unit Operations (Red side and White side).
- Aluminum Smelter Design – all Unit Operations including ancillaries like Fume Treatment Plant, Casting Plant etc.
- Balance of Plant, Utility Engineering for refinery and smelter.
- Interface management.
- Improvement through Process Optimization.

Other Qualifications:
- Software knowledge.
- Sys CAD / METSIM.
- AFT Fathom, AFT Arrow, Fluid Flow.
