Job Profile: Co-ordination with Service Engineers & Clients

Key responsibilities:-
- Co-ordination with Service Engineers
- Monthly check in – check out timing of Service Engineers and submit to Accounts Department
- Allocation of daily duties & preventive maintenance
- Checking of expenses vouchers and submission to Accounts Department
- Follow up and Collecting visit charges amount and depositing to Accounts Department
- Collection of monthly service reports
- Submission monthly service revenue report to Accounts Department

Co-ordination with Clients
- Resolved queries / complaints of Clients
- Follow up and quotations to existing and non AMC clients for recent equipment / servicing / installation / re-installation / replacement and intimation of call charges
- With outstation vendors and clients for installation / service call
- Maintaining Register (Call book – Service Engineers & Clients) manually and soft copy.
