Position Name - Vice President - Client Servicing

Experience Range - 12 years+

Mandatory Requirement:

10+ years of experience in an insurance broking company with strong exposure to Employee Perks (EB)

Prior experience in client servicing / account management / relationship management

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction

Manage end-to-end client servicing, including onboarding, renewals, and ongoing relationship management

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, product, sales, and delivery) to ensure seamless execution of client requirements

Understand client needs and proactively provide solutions to address business challenges

Track service deliverables,



timelines, and SLAs to ensure adherence to agreed standards

Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell within existing client accounts

Prepare client reports, presentations, and MIS as required

Handle client escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution

Qualification and Experience

Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
