Role Overview


We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters with strong hands -on sourcing expertise across Digital, Data, and Salesforce skill sets. The recruiters will support corporate hiring requirements and work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver quality profiles within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities


- End -to -end sourcing and recruitment for Digital, Data, and Salesforce roles.

- Strong exposure to corporate hiring environments.

- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.

- Screen profiles, assess technical fit,



and align candidates with role requirements.

- Coordinate interviews, follow -ups, and candidate communication.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.

- Work closely with stakeholders to meet hiring SLAs and delivery expectations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–5 years (not more than that) of hands -on IT recruitment experience (strict).

- Solid sourcing knowledge across:

- Digital roles (UI/UX, Frontend, Backend, Martech, etc.)

- Data roles (Data Engineer, Data Analyst, BI, etc.)

- Salesforce roles (Admin, Developer, Consultant, Architect, etc.)

- Prior experience supporting corporate clients (mandatory).

- Good understanding of technical skill mapping and screening.

- Robust communication and coordination skills.

- Must be available to join immediately.
