We are seeking a Non-Tech Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience who has strong expertise in volume recruitment across various functions, including Community, Sales, Real Estate, Business Development, Finance, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire recruitment process for non-technical positions
- Execute high-volume hiring efficiently while maintaining quality
- Collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning strategies
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and recruitment vendors
- Manage candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations




- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire
- Contribute to employer branding and diversity initiatives

Qualifications:

- 3–5 years of experience in non-technical recruitment, with a preference for volume hiring
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management and coordination
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics
- Experience in industries such as real estate, hospitality, co-working, or sales-driven sectors is advantageous
- MBA or HR-related qualification is preferred
- Willingness to work in a contractual capacity
