Role Overview


We are seeking an experienced and passionate IB Psychology Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the IB DP Psychology curriculum, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to engage students through inquiry -based and concept -driven learning. The teacher will guide students in developing critical thinking, research skills, and an understanding of human behaviour through a global and ethical lens.

Qualifications & Experience


- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology or related field.

- Prefer only IB or IGCSE , CBSE teaching of 3 to 5 years

- Teaching certification or B.ed (preferred).

- Prior experience teaching IB DP Psychology or familiarity with IB approaches to teaching and learning (ATLs, TOK, CAS).

- Strong command of research methodology and statistical concepts used in psychology.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with international curricula or multicultural educational environments.

- Ability to integrate technology and digital tools into teaching.

- Commitment to student -centered and reflective teaching practices.
