We are seeking a senior-level Project Manager to lead both client account management and large-scale project delivery within a Structural Steel Detailing and BIM environment. This is a high-impact leadership role combining commercial ownership, international client management, technical oversight, and team leadership.

The role requires strong exposure to global clients, commercial negotiations, revenue ownership, and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams delivering high-quality drawings, BIM models, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the single point of contact for strategic international clients across the USA, Europe, Australia, and Gulf regions
- Understand client pipeline, challenges, and growth objectives
- Drive account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and new service offerings
- Manage quotations, pricing negotiations, change orders, invoicing, and collections
- Maintain a strong quote-to-win ratio (60–70%+)
- Build long-term executive-level relationships
- Track client project pipelines proactively
- Prepare accurate cost estimates (hours/tonne, hours/sheet, hours/model element)
- Negotiate pricing while protecting margins
- Prevent revenue leakage through strict scope and change management
- Ensure timely billing and payment follow-ups

Project & Delivery Leadership

Project Planning & Execution

- Lead 30–50 engineers including Team Leaders and QC professionals
- Manage 5–15 concurrent projects with structured scheduling and execution plans
- Develop and maintain master project schedules (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Break projects into structured work packages and track planned vs. actual hours
- Manage resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of structural drawings and BIM models

Technical & Client Coordination

- Lead project kick-offs and establish execution frameworks
- Review, consolidate, and manage RFIs




- Approve key deliverables before submission
- Maintain clear technical communication across teams and clients

Revenue & Financial Ownership

- Own revenue targets, utilization, margins, and financial performance
- Drive weekly and monthly revenue achievement
- Submit financial performance and utilization reports
- Optimize commercial terms and ensure all additional scope is documented and billed

Quality Management

- Maintain strict QA/QC standards across deliverables
- Implement client-specific QC checklists
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and CAPA for quality issues
- Run monthly quality reviews
- Maintain a lessons-learned knowledge base

Team Leadership & Development

- Recruit, onboard, and mentor engineers
- Develop solid Team Leaders and technical leads
- Conduct quarterly reviews and define KPIs
- Drive employee engagement and maintain attrition below 12%
- Conduct regular technical knowledge-sharing sessions

Technology & Process Improvement

- Ensure high proficiency in Tekla, Revit, and BIM tools
- Drive automation initiatives to improve productivity (5–10% capacity improvement target)
- Leverage parametric tools and AI-driven workflows
- Track and report efficiency gains

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering (Mandatory)
- M.E./M.Tech (Preferred)
- PMP / Tekla / Revit / BIM certifications (Good to Have)

Experience (10–20 Years Total)

- 7–10+ years of hands-on experience in Steel Detailing (Tekla) / Structural BIM
- 4–6+ years of end-to-end Project Management experience
- 3–5+ years leading teams of 15–50 members
- Direct experience managing international clients (Mandatory)
- Experience handling ₹5 Cr+ key accounts (Preferred)
- Strong commercial, estimation, and margin management expertise
- Background in Structural Steel Detailing, BIM, or Engineering Services
