KRAs:

· Lead the Projects with responsibility for delivery of
projects in line with business objectives with a focus on cost, quality, safety
and schedule for project delivery

· Ensure robust planning and coordination with entire team
to achieve the project plan

· Present and finalise a project plan along with budget for
the project

· Will lead and manage to monitoring the quality of the
project being developed, to ensure customer satisfaction at the time of
handover

· Will Coordinate with architects and consultants for
drawings and technical discussions

· Will be responsible for mobilising resources as per
project requirement

· Provide monthly updates with plans and actuals, cash flow
requirements

Requirements

Must Have Skills:

● Experience in Project Management





● Experience handled High Rise Residential Projects.

● Experience in Technical Design coordination.

● Well versed with MS Office

Preferred Skills/Experience:

● Must have been in a managerial role to handle teams

● Must have experience in working with petty and small
contractors

● Experience and knowledge for MSP/Primavera

● Must have had prior experience in working in a residential
development from piling to handing over to customers

● Must have worked in a project for minimum 4 years in aluform
technology/MIVAN shuttering
