Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Design and Development

- Develop teaching-learning materials and practices based on field realities and the principle of integrating local community practices (e.g., weaving, agriculture, traditional crafts) into the mainstream curriculum.
- Conduct independent observations of classrooms and trainings to ensure the effective implementation of program content.

2. Data Analytics & Impact Measurement

- Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to accurately measure learning outcomes and identify gaps in implementation.
- Generate comprehensive reports for both internal learning and external communication purposes (e.g., donor reporting).

3. Training & Capacity Building

- Assist in the planning and delivery of teacher training sessions focused on pedagogy, classroom management, and effective assessment strategies.
- Facilitate peer learning forums and reflective practice workshops for educators.

Education and Experience:

- Education:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of teaching experience is required, preferably in alternative or creative pedagogy environments.

Requisite Skills:

- Experience in curriculum design, teacher training, or educational program management is a plus.
- Strong understanding of progressive teaching-learning methods and experiential learning principles.
- Excellent facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage and interpret data for decision-making.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; a working knowledge of Bengali is desirable.
