We are looking for an exceptional academic leader and educator to join our growing EdTech institution in Botswana as Deputy Principal. This pivotal role combines strategic institutional management with hands-on technical teaching, driving both academic excellence and student success.

​Key Responsibilities

​Academic Leadership & Teaching:

​Deliver high-quality instruction for Diploma programs in Cyber Security.

​Teach or oversee modules in Data Science (highly desirable).

​Curriculum alignment, academic assessment, and student project mentorship.

​Administration & Operations:

​Act as Deputy Principal, supporting day-to-day college operations and policy execution.

​Oversee academic compliance, quality assurance, and faculty management.

​Execute key operational and administrative workflows across departments.

​Institutional Growth:

​Spearhead initiatives to scale student enrollment and expand course offerings.





​Build strategic partnerships to elevate the college's market presence in the region.

​What We Are Looking For

​Education: Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.

​Experience: Minimum 5+ years of combined experience in academic administration and teaching Cyber Security or Data Science.

​Mobility: Willingness and readiness to relocate to Botswana.

​Vision & Leadership: A proven track record of driving institutional growth alongside a passion for EdTech innovation.
