Location: Jayanagar 9th Block, Bangalore

Job Summary:

The Dispatch Incharge is responsible for managing all finished goods dispatch activities well on time without delay, ensuring accurate, safe, and on-time delivery to customers as per orders. He shall have to manage multiple orders from different vendors combining all dispatch all together to customer by coordinating with warehouse and purchase department documentation, transport, and manpower.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Dispatch & Logistics Planning

1. Plan daily dispatch schedule based on sales orders / delivery commitments.

2. Ensure availability of finished goods from production/stores and verify against order quantity.

3.



Arrange transportation - negotiate with transporters, finalize vehicle, and optimize freight cost.

4. Ensure on-time dispatch and coordinate with sales/customer service for delivery updates.

1. Supervise proper packing, labeling, and marking as per customer requirements.

2. Have solid follow up with internal departments order dispatch related well on-time, Ultimate is to deliver the order ontime to the customer

3. Responsible for tracking the material and update to the sales team

4. Coordinate with Quality department before dispatch.
