VIP Relations Executive – Job Roles & Responsibilities

A VIP Relations Executive is responsible for providing exceptional service and personalized assistance to VIP clients, guests, or executives.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist VIP guests professionally.

Build and maintain solid relationships with VIP clients.

Coordinate appointments, meetings, and event schedules.

Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation when required.

Handle confidential information with complete discretion.

Ensure VIP guests receive personalized and premium service.

Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill VIP requirements.

Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Maintain accurate records of VIP preferences and interactions.

Accompany VIPs during events, meetings, or business visits when required.

Manage phone calls, emails, and official correspondence.





Prepare reports and provide administrative support to senior management.

Maintain a polished, professional appearance and excellent etiquette.

Represent the organization positively at all times.

Perform other executive support duties assigned by management.
