Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer orders and billing.

- Operate the POS/billing system.

- Receive and process cash and digital payments.

- Provide accurate bills and receipts.

- Assist customers with menu and order-related queries.

- Maintain accurate cash and billing records.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team.

- Maintain a clean and organized billing counter.

Requirements

- Previous billing/POS or restaurant experience is preferred.

- Freshers with basic computer knowledge may also apply.

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic numerical and cash-handling skills.

- Ability to work in shifts.

- Friendly, responsible and punctual.
