Role: Portfolio Resolution Manager


We are looking for a Portfolio Resolution Manager who will be responsible for monthly collection target, drive collection through agency, handling critical & high value cases individually and provide resolution


to FOS/Agency queries. They will also be responsible for various MIS pertaining to their designated areas.



Responsibilities:


- Collection of monthly collection targets

- Empanelment of agency and their management.

- Preparing Individual MIS for daily receivables and reporting the same to ARM

- Mentoring Collection Agents / DRAs

- Liasioning with police authorities and local corporates.

- Consistently and effectively follow up with agencies & negotiating with the customers, in specific cases.


Education, Experience & Skillset

- Graduate

- 4+ years of experience in retail collection operations management in banking & ARC environment and should have produced tangible results in collection.

- Must have handled a large team of FOS 8 -10+

- Good knowledge & contacts on processes involved towards repossession of used assets.

- Experienced in environment preferring high level of service standards, implementing operational policies and delivering seamless credit processes, compliance with set guidelines.

- Basic MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- CMS Management & Trails updating

- Should have good listening Skills, along with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathically

- Should be organized and have attention to details,



to be able to handle multiple tasks & follow up

- Should be a problem solver, with an ability to negotiate with Customers

- Should have a strong bias for action & affirmative in nature.
