Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Policy Analyst to
lead research, analysis, and advocacy efforts around government schemes and
public policy strategies aimed at improving citizen welfare. The ideal
candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for public service,
and the ability to translate complex policy frameworks into accessible content
for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

1.
Social Welfare Schemes & Policy Understanding

- Conduct in-depth primary and secondary
research on government schemes, legislative updates, and regulatory
frameworks.

- Analyze the social and economic impact of
welfare policies and schemes on various demographic groups.

- Apply statistical tools and methodologies
to assess user data and its relevance to existing and upcoming schemes.

- Interpret complex datasets to extract
actionable insights and policy recommendations.

- Prepare comprehensive,



well-structured
research reports that are accurate and evidence-based.

- Present findings and strategic
recommendations to government departments, civil society organizations,
and other stakeholders.

2.
Advocacy & Content Creation

- Develop clear, engaging, and accessible
content on social welfare schemes for public dissemination.

- Create communication strategies to
effectively convey policy insights and recommendations to the general
public.

- Document research findings,
methodologies, and policy suggestions in a concise and impactful manner.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on
public policy and welfare schemes, contributing to thought leadership
through articles, blogs, and white papers.

- Support the development of presentations
and materials for conferences, panel discussions, and stakeholder
meetings.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION & SKILL SET

· Bachelor’s
or Master’s degree in Public Policy, Economics, Social Work, Political Science,
or related fields.
· Proven
experience in policy research, data analysis, and advocacy.
· Strong
writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex policy
language.
· Ability
to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
