CSA – PGT CHEMISTRY - NEET/JEE Integrated Program

Purpose of Role

To deliver comprehensive Chemistry instruction for Classes XI & XII as per CBSE curriculum, while simultaneously preparing students for NEET and JEE (Main/Advanced) through an integrated teaching methodology that strengthens conceptual understanding, numerical problem-solving, and exam performance.

CS Academy, Coimbatore has three campuses. Two are in Kovaipudur (Main) in adjacent facilities and the third primary campus is in the heart of the city at Red Fields. Our boarding house in Kovaipudur is open for boys and girls from class IV for both CBSE and Cambridge International students. CSA - PGT CHEMISTRY - NEET/JEE Integrated Program

Key Responsibilities:

Academic & Teaching

- Teach Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry to Classes XI & XII in alignment with CBSE and NEET/JEE syllabus.
- Design and execute integrated lesson plans combining board concepts with NEET/JEE-oriented problem solving and MCQs.
- Emphasize conceptual clarity,



reaction mechanisms, numericals, and application-based learning.
- Conduct doubt-clearing, remedial, and enrichment sessions for varied learner levels.
- Train students in exam strategies, accuracy, speed, and time management for competitive exams.

Assessment & Evaluation

- Prepare worksheets, assignments, unit tests, and NEET/JEE pattern mock tests.
- Evaluate answer scripts and provide detailed academic feedback.
- Track student performance, analyze test data, and implement improvement plans.

Laboratory & Practicals

- Conduct Chemistry practical classes as per CBSE laboratory guidelines.
- Guide students in practical records, investigatory projects, and viva preparation.
- Ensure secure handling, storage, and maintenance of chemicals and laboratory equipment.
