- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities across diverse geographies.

What will your job look like?
- Lead employee relations for APAC countries: Philippines, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau.
- Provide expert guidance on employment law, labor law compliance, and regulatory requirements for each country.
- Manage investigations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and risk mitigation in line with local laws and company policies.
- Partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders to ensure fair and consistent practices.
- Monitor legislative changes and advise on policy updates to maintain compliance.
- Support global and regional projects related to employee relations and compliance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on sensitive employee matters.
