We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud or E-Business Suite and have a solid understanding of HR business processes and system configurations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze business needs, design effective solutions, and deliver enhancements and implementations that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications and configurations in Oracle HCM.
- Provide functional support across various Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Time & Labor.
- Configure, test, and implement Oracle HCM applications based on best practices and client requirements.
- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, identify root causes, and recommend long-term solutions.
- Support Oracle HCM upgrades, enhancements,



and new module implementations.
- Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing functional support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience working in a functional consultant role with Oracle HCM (Cloud or EBS).
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and policies.
- Proven experience in configuring and supporting one or more Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, etc.).
- Experience in working with business users to gather requirements and provide solutions using Oracle HCM.
- Ability to create functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams for development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.
- Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
- Familiarity with integration tools and reporting solutions such as OTBI, BI Publisher, or HDL.
