We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter with strong exposure to US IT recruitment and OPT hiring processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of OPT Recruitment experience
- Robust understanding of OPT process and regulations
- End -to -end OPT recruitment experience
- Experience hiring H1 Transfers / Project Transfers / GC / H4 candidates
- Experience with Dice, LinkedIn, job boards & sourcing platforms
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
