Primary Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python and React

- 2+ years of direct experience working with Palantir Foundry

- Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering or fine-tuning

- Background in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, Software Development, or Software Architecture

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

- Demonstrated coding proficiency in Python, Java, C++, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar languages

- Excellent understanding of software engineering best practices and lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Palantir Foundry and AIP (Artificial Intelligence Platform)

- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and LLM tuning techniques

- Experience integrating systems via APIs, GraphQL, or other protocols

- Practical experience using the Ontology SDK within Foundry

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science

- Prior consulting experience or experience working in client-facing roles

- Robust front-end development experience using React
