Excellent chance for Operations Manager - INCruiter - Bangalore
We are looking for a high -ownership Business Operations Manager to lead and scale our Interview as a
Service (IaaS) function. This role will own end -to -end operations, strategy, delivery excellence, and team
performance, while working closely with leadership to improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
The role requires managing 5–6 Team Leads and their junior interviewers/coordinators, driving
operational discipline, and proactively solving problems in a fast -paced, client -driven environment.
â Strong operations and people management experience
â Proven ability to manage managers (Team Leads) and large teams
â Strategic thinking with hands -on execution mindset
â Excellent problem -solving and decision -making skills
â Data -driven approach to performance tracking and optimization
â High ownership, accountability, and bias for action
â Experience in Interview as a Service, Recruitment Ops, HR Tech, or SaaS operations
â Exposure to working with global clients and time zones
â Familiarity with process automation, dashboards, and operational KPIs is must.
