Responsibilities

· Key Account Management & rapport building.

· End to end campaign execution & delivery - starting from taking a handover from business development team to delivery to end client.

· Ensure milestone-based campaign execution and smooth delivery of each campaign.

· Co-ordinating with various internal & external teams:

· Internal - Creative, Tech, Product Development, Delivery & Fulfilment, Operations, finance etc.

· External - client, procurement, finance team, their external agencies etc.

· Handle and deliver multiple projects at once and ensure strong integration across organization.

· Responsible for new product & ideas generation which can be pitched to various clients.

· Identify new opportunities with the existing client and inform business development team to pursue it.





· Perform senior-level client negotiation and management skills, with transparent and excellent speaking, writing and presentation skills.

Qualification & Skills

· Min 2-3 years of experience in client servicing and account management.

· Prior experience in growing accounts and mining new opportunities within existing accounts.

· Graduate/Postgraduate/ MBA in marketing is preferred.

· Exceptional Customer Service and Relationship building experience.

· Experience in traditional advertising, direct marketing, or similar media environment is a plus.

· Agency background is highly preferred.

· Good communication skills.

· Ability to handle pressure.
