Generate qualified leads through online platforms, trade shows, and networking.

Client Outreach & Relationship Building:

Initiate and manage communication with prospective clients.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.

Market Research & Strategy:

Analyze market trends and competitor activity in the clothing manufacturing industry.

Recommend strategies to improve positioning and secure new contracts.

Proposal & Quotation Management:

Prepare proposals, pricing quotes, and presentations based on client requirements.

Collaborate with production and costing teams for accurate and competitive offers.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Track leads, opportunities, and conversion rates using CRM tools.

Report on sales performance and pipeline status regularly.

Negotiation & Closing Deals:

Support contract negotiations and ensure alignment with internal capabilities.

Close deals while maintaining profitable margins and client satisfaction.

Coordination with Internal Teams:

Work closely with production, design, and quality teams to ensure successful order execution.

Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal departments.
