- Monitor network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, servers) using NMS tools.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network performance issues and outages.
- Configure and maintain network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, ManageEngine, Kiwi syslog.
- Analyze network alerts, logs, and performance metrics.
- Perform root cause analysis for network incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Generate and maintain reports on network health, uptime, and SLA compliance.
- Work closely with Network, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
- Configure thresholds, alerts, and dashboards for proactive monitoring.
- Support capacity planning and performance tuning activities.
- Maintain documentation for network monitoring processes and configurations.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in network monitoring.
- Hands -on experience with at least one NMS tool.
- Network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Server and application performance
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows administration.
- Familiarity with log analysis and troubleshooting tools.
- Understanding of network security basics.
- Any NMS -specific certifications (preferred)
