- Conduct comprehensive gynecological examinations and patient assessments.
- Diagnose and manage common and complex gynecological conditions, including menstrual disorders, infertility, reproductive health issues, and pregnancy -related concerns.
- Perform routine screenings such as Pap smears, breast exams, and pelvic ultrasounds.
- Provide pre - and post -natal care, including counseling on family planning and reproductive health.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including obstetricians, nurses, and specialists, to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients on preventive health measures, reproductive wellness, and treatment plans.
- Assist in the implementation of hospital protocols and quality improvement initiatives in gynecological care.
- Participate in on -call duties and emergency response as required.
Requirements:
- MBBS degree with a specialization or robust clinical exposure in Gynecology.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in gynecological examination techniques and common diagnostic procedures.
- Strong understanding of reproductive health, menstrual disorders, and prenatal care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with patients.
- Ability to work effectively in a team -oriented, high -pressure hospital environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Willingness to undergo training and supervision during the initial phase of employment.
