Job Title: Senior Associate/Assistant
Manager
Experience Required: 5 -7 years
Location: Noida
Work Mode: Work from Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Review search reports and ensure high -quality and accurate deliverables.
- Utilize patent databases and analytics tools
to extract insights for clients.
- Independently manage client portfolios,
providing strategic IP guidance tailored to business objectives.
- Understand client requirements, propose customized
solutions, and ensure timely and effective communication.
- Collaborate with clients to develop
and implement IP strategies aligned with their business goals.
- Lead and mentor a small team of patent
professionals, ensuring skill development and performance excellence.
- Conduct quality checks on all
deliverables to maintain accuracy and client satisfaction.
- Optimize workflow processes to enhance operational
efficiency and service delivery.
- Prepare comprehensive reports,
presentations, and summaries for clients.
- Maintain detailed records and
documentation for internal and external audits.
- Utilize MS Excel,
Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- B -tech in ECE, EEE, CSE or another
related domain with 5+ years of experience in patent searching and
analytics.
- Robust knowledge of patent search methodologies.
- Excellent written and oral communication
skills to interact effectively with clients and teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint.
- Utilize AI tool for data analysis and
reporting, thus increasing productivity.
- Ability to work independently, manage
multiple projects, and drive results.
