Position Name - CFO for a leading VC and PE fund

Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensure yearly financial delivery as set out by the business and eliminate existing inefficiency
- Deliver transformation, communications, and engagement with various stakeholders regarding any initiatives and changes going on
- Work with the project team at overseas branches to coordinate system testing and implementation
- Evaluating and executing M&A; and other investment opportunities
- Analyzing valuation and returns
- Overseeing transaction due diligence
- Negotiating transaction documentation, including sales and purchase agreements and other legal documents




- Dealing with structuring and other transaction-related matters
- Liaising with business stakeholders across all levels to achieve transactional goals
- Managing relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements
- Maintaining abreast of the changing business landscape and identifying opportunities to drive both organic and inorganic growth

Education & Qualification
- CA is mandatory.
- (OR) MBA from a top college with a robust pedigree of working with high-quality firms
- Minimum 10 years of financial experience
