⭐ *Key Responsibilities:*

Utility Systems Management: Oversee the daily operations, performance, and efficiency of all plant utility systems, including compressed air, HVAC, water treatment plants, chillers, boilers, and power distribution.

Uninterrupted Supply & Operations: Ensure 100% uptime and a continuous, reliable supply of utilities to support core manufacturing and plant production processes without disruption.

Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Develop, schedule, and execute robust preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend machinery lifespan.

Safety, Statutory, & Environmental Compliance:



Guarantee absolute adherence to all local and national regulatory standards, environmental policies, and safety protocols, managing necessary documentation and audits.

Resource Monitoring & Sustainability: Actively monitor daily utility consumption, analyze variances, and design and execute strategic energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs and carbon footprint.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead, mentor, and manage the utility maintenance team. Foster seamless collaboration with the production and quality departments to align on operational priorities and resolve technical issues swiftly.
