Key Responsibilities:

- Understand the design and data model of the existing visualization application and document them.

- Conduct feasibility studies to choose the destination visualization tool for a migration project.

- Experience working with Qlik and Looker visualization tools.

- Perform in-depth analysis of existing QlikView data models, visualizations, and business logic.

- Redesign and enhance dashboards while ensuring consistency and improved user experience.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure migrated dashboards meet business needs.

- Coordinate with data engineers to align backend data sources and ETL pipelines for compatibility.

- Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials to support adoption

- Establish and enforce best practices in data visualization, governance, and performance optimization.

- Mentor and guide junior analysts on capabilities and dashboard development.





- Provide status updates to leadership and manage risks/issues during the migration process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
· 8+ years of experience in data modelling, data analytics, with hands-on expertise in both QlikView and Looker.
· Proven experience in migrating QlikView dashboards to similar BI platform transitions.
· Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts.
· Demonstrated ability to analyze business logic and replicate it accurately in a recent tool.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience with version control, Agile methodologies, and project management tools.
· Experience in automotive domain is a plus.
