We are looking for a proficient IT Network & Systems Specialist to manage, support, and strengthen our enterprise-level IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across networking, systems administration, and IT security. You will play a key role in maintaining system uptime, optimizing performance, and ensuring secure, seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPNs, VLANs, and routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
- Install and manage networking hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper).
- Implement and maintain security measures including firewall rules, IDS/IPS, and Web Application Firewalls.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and Mac systems.
- Manage NAS storage, data backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Monitor network performance using SNMP-based tools like Zabbix or SolarWinds.
- Provide tier 2/3 technical support for user systems, connectivity, and software issues.
- Manage endpoint protection, antivirus systems, and IT asset inventories.
- Develop and maintain network documentation,



architecture diagrams, and SOPs.
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient IT operations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–6 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management and support.
- Robust knowledge of IP networking, subnetting, switching, routing, QoS, and SDN (e.g., SD-WAN).
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Netgear, Fortinet, or equivalent hardware.
- Understanding of security best practices, access control, and cloud/network security.
- Working knowledge of automation or scripting using Python, PowerShell, or Ansible.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or Telecommunications (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or similar.
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure) or hybrid infrastructure.
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V.
