Job Overview
We are hiring International Customer Support Executives for a reputed multinational company in Kolkata. The role involves handling voice -based interactions with international customers, resolving queries, and delivering high -quality customer service while meeting performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls from international customers
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions
- Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction on every call
- Document customer interactions and update systems accurately
- Meet quality, productivity, and compliance benchmarks
- Work collaboratively with internal teams when required
Requirements
- Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply
- Only 6 to 11 months of experience in BPO / Customer Service (Voice preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
- Immediate joiners only (Candidates serving notice period are not eligible)
