Role: Inside Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai & Bangalore
Experience: 3 -5 yrs
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales - Coordinator / Inside Sales Executive to contribute in generating business and sales for our company. You will be responsible for generating leads over the phone / mail and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts by calling, Emailing, sending presentations etc.
- Able to reach out to Decision Makers.
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Coordination with Sales team and support in sales by generating leads
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
