We are looking for a CRM Techno-Functional Consultant who bridges business requirements and technical solutions. The role involves configuring, customizing, and supporting CRM platforms while ensuring alignment with business processes.

Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions

- Configure and customize CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.)

- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, workflows, and automation

- Provide functional guidance, user training, and ongoing support

- Perform data migration, testing, and deployment activities

- Troubleshoot issues and optimize CRM performance

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, etc.)





- Experience in both functional (business analysis) and technical (configuration/customization) aspects

- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data models

- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

- CRM certifications (Salesforce/Dynamics)

- Experience with Agile methodologies
