Job Description:

The role focuses on driving B2B business growth by acquiring new clients and
managing third-party contract manufacturing opportunities within the nutraceutical
and pharmaceutical sectors. Responsibilities include handling the end-to-end sales
cycle, building long-term client relationships, coordinating with internal R&D;,
Production, and Quality teams for customized products, and ensuring strong
commercial negotiations.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Required Primary Skills
The candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, a degree in Pharmacy,
Life Sciences, or Business Administration, and solid regulatory knowledge, ensuring
compliance with standards and authorities such as FSSAI, AYUSH, and USFDA.

Required Secondary Skills




The role requires strong digital literacy with proficiency in CRM platforms such as
Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, along with the ability to leverage AI-driven analytics for
lead scoring and market trend identification. The candidate must demonstrate
strategic communication skills to translate complex manufacturing capabilities into
compelling value propositions, possess sharp market intelligence to identify trends
like personalized nutrition and sustainable packaging, and excel in negotiation and
deal closure for high-value contracts. Flexibility to travel extensively for trade fairs,
exhibitions, and client engagements is essential.
