Assistant Manager — Performance & App Growth
Own performance marketing campaigns end-to-end — from planning to execution — with a core focus on app installs, digital channel performance, and CRM-led retention.
App Growth & Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize app install campaigns across Meta, Google UAC and other digital channels.
- Own mobile marketing metrics — CPI, install-to-registration rate, ROAS, retention/cohort analysis — and use them to continuously improve campaign efficiency.
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies to hit install and cost targets without compromising user quality.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and channels to keep acquisition costs down and conversion rates up.

Digital & Social
- Oversee social media strategies and campaigns that prioritize engagement and community building over vanity metrics.
- Run influencer and creator collaborations to support app awareness and installs, from outreach to performance tracking.
- Manage the marketing tech stack — attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer/Adjust), analytics dashboards,



and scheduling platforms — to keep campaign ops tight and measurable.

CRM & Loyalty
- Manage the loyalty ecosystem to increase Repeat Visit Rates (RVR) and turn installed users into repeat, engaged customers.
- Use CRM data and lifecycle marketing (push, email, in-app messaging) to move users from first install to habitual use.
- Use data-driven insights to turn one-time visitors into brand evangelists.

AI-Driven Optimization
- We expect you to be an AI power user. Leverage AI tools (Generative AI, predictive analytics, automation) to optimize content production, media buying, and workflow efficiency.

The Bold Strategist
- 5-7 years of experience with a track record of taking calculated risks that paid off.

The Tech Native
- You don't just know about AI; you use it daily to work faster and smarter.

Required Skills & Tools
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google UAC.
