About the Company:

A reputed and fast-growing jewellery brand is looking for a seasoned finance leader to head its Accounts & Finance department. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in financial management along with hands-on experience in currency and metal (gold) hedging.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Accounts & Finance function including budgeting, financial planning, MIS, and statutory compliance.
• Develop and execute hedging strategies for currency and precious metals to mitigate financial risks.
• Monitor forex and commodity markets, and guide the management on risk exposure and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation,



and audit requirements.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Oversee internal controls, cost management, and process improvements.

Qualifications:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience, with proven leadership in accounts and finance.
• Strong expertise in currency and metal (gold) hedging.
• Exposure to the jewellery, export, or commodity trading sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
