The L&D; and Performance Management Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s learning & development initiatives and performance management framework. The role ensures continuous capability building, measurable performance improvement, and strong alignment between employee goals, learning interventions, and business objectives—particularly across IT and Sales functions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning & Development (L&D;)
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on performance data, competency gaps, and business needs.
- Design and deliver role -based learning programs for IT and Sales, covering:
- Technical upskilling and certifications
- Sales enablement, product, CRM, and negotiation training
- Behavioral and leadership development
- Develop and manage annual and quarterly learning calendars.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs; manage vendors, budgets, schedules, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and documentation in LMS/HRMS.
2. Performance Management (End -to -End Ownership)
- Design and continuously enhance the performance management framework aligned with business strategy.
- Define and maintain role -based KPIs, OKRs, and competency frameworks for IT and Sales.
- Drive goal setting, mid -cycle reviews, annual appraisals, calibrations, and final ratings.
- Promote a continuous feedback and coaching culture; enable managers with tools and guidance.
- Identify performance gaps and manage PIPs and IDPs, aligned with learning interventions.
3. Linking Performance, Learning & Business Outcomes
- Translate appraisal outcomes into structured L&D; roadmaps.
- Ensure learning investments are driven by performance data and business priorities.
- Partner with Sales and IT leaders to track post -training impact on revenue, productivity, certifications, and delivery.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Measure learning effectiveness, ROI, and post -training performance improvement.
- Analyze performance trends, rating distributions, and productivity metrics.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership reviews.
5. Systems, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Own LMS and performance modules in HRMS (Zoho People or similar).
- Ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and policy compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement, process adoption, and change management.
