Description
As a Subject Matter Expert:
- Should have strong functional experience: 7-10 years in HCM Cloud
- Must Have: Benefits, Good Experience in Benefits Open Enrolment
- Good understanding of the HCM Business Processes.
- Ability to work on Benefits Fast formula
- Good experience in Benefits Extracts, Carrier Extracts
- Conduct requirement discussions and also interact with Customer effectively.
- Able to perform detailed analysis of the issue and communicate with Customers effectively
- Good communication skills
- Provide post-production support, analyze quarterly Oracle updates, and perform regression testing.
- Positive experience in handling Clients on - Requirements, Solution, Support Issues, Demo
- Good experience working on Requirements, Functional Design documents & End to end Functional Testing.
- Understanding of Offshore – Onsite Delivery model is an advantage.
- Though not a complete Technical – should be able to query the data for analysis/debug.
