You’ll be instrumental in developing scalable, secure, and maintainable applications using Ruby on Rails and React.js, while contributing to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do


- Build modular, testable, and maintainable web applications.

- Write robust unit tests covering edge cases, usability, and reliability.

- Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to deliver premium customer experiences through fast and reliable APIs.

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in APIs.

- Maintain high code quality through code reviews, CI/CD, and automated testing.

- Mentor team members and share knowledge to foster growth.

- Meet deadlines and contribute to team goals.

- Apply solid software design principles in all aspects of development.


Must -Have Skills

- Proficiency in Ruby and hands -on experience with Ruby on Rails.

- Strong experience with React.js and contemporary frontend development.

- Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL is a plus).

- Familiarity with OWASP principles and web security best practices.





- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem -solving skills.

- Good grasp of HTTP protocol and RESTful architecture.
