Office Location: Nava India, Coimbatore

- Oversee and manage all finance and accounting operations across Experts Pro and its subsidiary, the Kodo Program, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and US GAAP standards.​

- Maintain accurate financial records and lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities in accordance with Indian regulations and US GAAP.​

- Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliation for management and regulatory purposes.

- Execute payroll processing and manage accounts payable/receivable.

- Support external and internal audits, tax filings, and handle all related documentation, ensuring compliance with statutory and US GAAP requirements.​

- Collaborate closely with HR, sales,



and operations teams to manage costs and provide financial insights and support.​

Requirements

- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, ideally with exposure to US GAAP standards.

- Solid understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliances, and audit practices.

- Robust proficiency in using accounting software (Zoho Books and QuickBooks) and MS Excel.

- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to handle confidential information.

- Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate across departments and explain financial information clearly.​
