Salary : 40000 -60000 per month

Job Summary :

- Develop and assist in making budgets, forecasts, and financial
reports to support planning and decision -making.

- Having good knowledge of GST/TDS,accounting and related areas.

- Team to handle 3 -4 people.

- Will co -ordinate with external & internal auditors, report to HO for books finalization etc.

- Analyse financial data especially on Targets vs Actuals and
provide comments and recommendations to support the company's strategic
objectives.

- Oversee the day -to -day operations of the accounts and finance
department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general
ledger.

- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and
reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
as per internal time schedule.

- Provide MIS on P&L;, Balance Sheet, Debtors, Creditors,
Collections with comments on corrective action as per internal frequency (Daily
/monthly /quarterly /annually).

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales,
marketing, and operations, to ensure overall efficiency.

- Ensure that all financial systems and processes follow relevant
regulations, laws,



and industry standards.

- Coordinate and finalise Term Loans and Working Capital Limits with
Banks and Financial Institutions.

- Manage/Co -ordinate the preparation and filing of all tax returns,
including sales tax, payroll tax, and income tax returns with concerned persons
/consultants.

- Review effectiveness of financial systems and processes, including
controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards
and take steps for improvement where necessary.

- Manage the performance and development of the accounting team,
providing coaching, feedback, and training as needed

- Any other task assigned by the Management.
