Role Overview:
The Field Collections Executive will be responsible for managing on-ground collections for business loan customers within an assigned territory in West India. (Gujarat/ Rajasthan/ Maharashtra)
The role involves regular field visits, customer engagement, recovery of overdue amounts, and coordination with internal teams in Mumbai to ensure portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Rigorous follow-up on assigned cases to ensure timely recovery and closure of outstanding amounts

- On-ground visits to customers for payment follow-ups and resolution discussions

- Coordination with exporters, buyers, and internal teams for effective collection

- Tracking and updating collection status in internal systems and trackers

- Identifying early signs of stress and escalating cases as required

- Supporting settlement and resolution discussions, as per approval

- Assisting in legal and recovery processes, including documentation support
