Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements of the Managing Director/Senior Executive.
- Act as a point of contact between management, internal departments, clients, and external partners.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and ensure follow -ups on key action points.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
- Support planning and execution of business reviews, wellness events, and management initiatives.
- Track and monitor key projects, deadlines, and deliverables for the executive office.
- Assist in research, documentation, and analysis for strategic decision -making.
- Liaise with Ayurvedic doctors, wellness centers, and franchise teams for operational coordination.
- Manage expenses, reimbursements, and vendor -related documentation for the executive office.
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and problem -solving attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Professional demeanor with robust interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business Administration, Management, or related field).
- 3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or hospitality industry.
- Exposure to Ayurveda, holistic health, or wellness organizations will be an added advantage.
